"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. We have added our crust and it has been in the oven for another 10 minutes and now it is time to pull our whipped sweet potatoes. As you can see we have a nice crust and when you feel it, it should be firm and not crumby when we initially put it on. You can also see that the pecans have gotten roasted cause they got to a nice dark nutty brown color. You can also tell that it is ready cause you can smell the pecans and the pecans have been roasting and that is how you make a whipped sweet potatoes with a pecan crust. "
