"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Our sweet potatoes are now out of the oven they have been in a 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Now depending on the size of your sweet potatoes that is going to determine how long that they need to cook. One sure way to tell if they are ready is just to go ahead and open them right up and we did some slots in them to allow them to vent. So we are going to open up the foil and be careful cause it is hot and you can see if I put my fork in it, it comes out nice clean and neat no effort what so ever. So my sweet potatoes are now ready and now we are going to make our whipped sweet potato dish. "
