"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Today we are going to make a whipped sweet potato dish for our Thanksgiving meal. Now transitionally you would have the yams or the sweet potatoes cut with the marshmallows but we are going to do something a little bit different with a nice crust I think you really would like it. To make the filling you would use sweet potatoes that we have already baked off here. Now if you don't have sweet potatoes you can also use yams. You also use the rest of the ingredients that you see here and what we are going to do is place them all into a boil and whip them up until they are nice and fluffy and bake them off. The second part of the recipe is going to use a whole set of ingredients and we are going to put this crust on that we make with the cornflakes and the brown sugar and the pecans and we are going to put that on, on the last 10 minutes that we bake so we have a nice crust up on top they are really very good.
