"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Before we add our ingredients I'm going to go ahead and mash up everything just a little bit just to kind of get it going. Because I'm leaving the skin on I'm using one of these mashers. If you didn't have the skin on you could use a potato riser which would make the potatoes nice and fluffy. Alright that is pretty good. Now that most of the potatoes are pretty much crumbed up I know we are ready to add the rest of the ingredients and I like to do it this way cause it helps me gage better how much more butter and cream we have to add to our potatoes."
