"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Our potatoes have been boiling for about a 1 1/2 hours depending on how many potatoes you have, how big your pot is and the several other factors would determine your length of time. I'm going to drain the potatoes in the sink with a colander. Once I drain my potatoes I'm going to put them back into the pot."
