"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. First we are going to seasoning the outside of our turkey with our sage butter and or salt and pepper. But before we do that we need to just make sure that we dry off our bird and not as so the butter would stick to it as well as the salt and pepper. So just go ahead and dry out the outside with a paper towel. Next I'm going to take some of my sage butter and just go ahead and get your hands nice and dirty with the butter and it is just really easy to spread it with your hands if you do it that way. You just going to spread the butter all over the turkey. What this is going to do is it is going to promote even browning as well as making the skin nice and crispy and keeping our bread nice and juicy. "
