"Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Now that I have my sage and my butter combined I'm going to add about 1 tablespoon of salt and I like Kosher salt so we are going to use Kosher salt for this. I'm also going to add about 1 tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper. To this you can several other things you can add fresh garlic, you can add roasted garlic, you can add lime, I'm sorry you can add lemon zest, orange zest, would be nice. And sage really gives it a really nice earthy flavor. So with my fork make sure your butter is soften you are just going to kind of mash it all together. You can also do this with a hand mixer if your butter is really hard. All we are trying to do is mix it all together. And that is our sage butter. "
