If you are going to use a frozen turkey you are going to have to thaw your turkey before you cook it this will juicer bird. There are 2 ways you can actually thaw your turkey. First in a safest way would do it in the refrigerator you would need to allow one day for every 5 pounds of meat that you have to thaw your turkey. You also want to make sure you have it on the bottom shelf and make sure you have a plate or a platter underneath to catch any of the drippings. Another way you can thaw your turkey is to run it under cool water again you need to change your water out every 30 minutes it will take approximately 30 minutes per pound to thaw that turkey."
