"Hi, I'm Lynne Lincoln on behalf of expertvillage.com. Now that we've started decorating some eggs I'm going to show you the most basic and the most difficult way to decorate an adorable egg. First you might just want to start off simple. You take your crayon that it came with and just draw on your egg. You can draw any design, you can write Happy Easter. You're not really going to be able to see it it's going to be clear and hard to see. Then you're going to dip it in the dye and it's going to come out looking something like that. It's not great but it's really easy. Or you can take an egg that's already been dyed and use markers or paint pens to decorate over it. Like I started to do here just a very simple design, little flowers with the paint pen, really easy to do. It looks really cute when it's finished because it's so bright pink. You can also do just simple designs with a marker all around the egg like I was doing here. Just draw stripes on it, really easy, it colors in really well. You can even do funny designs, like this one was really popular last year, just an egg on an egg you know kind of funny. You can do a bunny like I've done here, just using a white paint pen over the already colored egg. You can do horizontal stripes, you can really just do anything you want, horizontal stripes are great. You could add decorations to horizontal stripes too like this one and really get detailed."
