"Hi I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding Team Leader of Wildtree. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make green beans with mushrooms in a lemon zest grape seed oil. It's another segment of our romantic dinners for two. So I'm going to take a tablespoon of lemon zest grape seed oil; put it in a hot pan. Get it a little warm. I'm going to add about a dozen, or so, of our beans in the center. I'm going to add some of the mushrooms. Saut?ed right into this lovely, lovely dish. If you could smell the lemon, the fragrant is wonderful. These will saut? for about ten minutes. I'm sorry, I said ten minutes, and I meant three to five minutes. You can see how you just don't want them to get real soft. Vegetables should be eaten almost raw. Voil`. We have our finished vegetables: beans with mushrooms in a lemon zest oil."
