"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding team leader from Wildtree. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make a great Risotto. First thing I'm going to do is add two tablespoons of Wildtree's butter grape seed oil to my pan. Then I'm going to add a cup of onions and let them saute. Add a half of a cup of Risotto because this is going to be part of our romantic dinner for two with our Osseo Buco. And I stir those around until the Risottos all have a little bit of that oil on it. Then I add two cups of hot, and I'm using a collagen chicken broth that's organic, put it in slowly and continually stirring, and we're going to simmer that for twenty minutes with the lid covered. Now I'm going to add two tablespoons of Wildtree's Mirabella pasta seasoning to our Risotto, cooked Risotto. I'm going to stir it in; you'll be shocked how good this is. This Mirabella has portabellas right in it. And then we're going to let it stand for ten minutes and you'll be amazed at the dinner for two we can put together. And here you have it our finished meal. Osseo Buco with all your vegetables and our Risotto Milanese - what a romantic dinner for two."
