"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding team leader from Wildtree. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village and we are completing our first romantic dinner segment. The Chateau brignon with the Portobello mushroom wine sauce, the garlic mashed potatoes (my favorite), the cream spinach (oh, to die for!) and now we are going to have a goat cheese salad. First I am going to put two tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette from Wildtree in a hot pan. I am going to add an 1/8 of a cup of the goat milk cheese and let that just melt right in. While that's doing that, I am going to take my half cherry tomatoes and I am just going to strategically place them on a salad. Now, I don't put salt and pepper on my salad until it gets to the table. That's a personal choice. Finishing this and we are going to just pour this warm cheese right over top. And we are going to add it as our final dish in the romantic series of the chateau brignon. Add a simple candle and you can make any occasion a special romantic dinner for two."
