"With our doilies selected now we need to prep it for gluing. This is going to be similar to how we connected some of our purple hearts. First off make sure that your glue is free from all debris at the top so you get like a study even flow. We don't want sudden gluts of glue here. Go around the edges at first. I like to go in a slight circular pattern that spreads the glue but also keeps it from beading up to thickly. You are going to right near the edge. Now, some people I've seen it down would actually cut out the center piece and basically cutting with scissors around where ever I'm going because they want to have kind of on the back of the card have that red coming through the back. I find that less important and what's worse actually, that will prevent you from having a nice backing to your card. Now, once you have the outside done you can kind of go in these big sweeping motions interior to be able to adhere and stick your card. I like to let the glue sit for 10 to 15 seconds. Actually, this will began the drying process but also will keep the glue away from its wettest state and ruin cards. Okay, this is where you do detailed handy work. You are going to have to very, very neatly positioned the card right about the doilies, right where you want it to go into that gap and then very gently let her go just a little bit. Because I'm not pressing anything down yet because I can still, see it's off center, so I can still do some nice easy adjustment without any glue smearing going on. So do these before you just press down on your real hard on your card. It's unnecessary you don't have to do it you got some time here. Try to keep where all the wide edges are covered up or at lest where it's all equally covered up to some extent. Then when you?re happy with that you?re going to start very gently pressing down from the center going outwards. This is going to both make adhere and at the same time it's going to press the glue out to fill in any gaps. So that we make sure the outer edge of the card is really pressing down nicely and you?re getting a nice good adhesive connection with your card. Make sure all the glue is well dry otherwise; you?re going and up scrapping off the things that stuck or adhere to your card. What?s worse if you have area that's just not sticking very gently very gently inject some glue here in the side again be careful not to do it too much and then press downward again. Repeat this to your card has adhered all the way around."
