"Ho! Ho! Ho! I'm Matt Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to set up and decorate an artificial Christmas tree. Alright, with our artificial Christmas tree parts all nice and organized, let's move on and start building our Christmas tree. The important thing to remember here is to go bottom up. That's the secret, and that's going to basically make gravity work with you, rather than against you. So let's start up with the main piece that you have, basically what's going to be your tree trunk. So, if you'll notice here is what we have slots here at the bottom. These are for our tree stand. In this case, we do not have to go out and buy a separate tree stand. A lot of artificial Christmas trees will come with it. In this case, there will be like a slot that you will put the main stand pieces in. Here we have three pieces, so we are going to slip all of them in, making sure that they are even and that the tree is well balanced. Now, as soon as this tree is well balanced, you are going to make sure that you have your tree skirt down here and then we are going to slide this Christmas tree in. Your tree skirt should have a nice slot where basically you can kind of move back the pieces. Then, after you have it closed there, you can basically fix, velcro, button or stitch it back together again. So now our Christmas tree has a nice tree skirt around it and we have a nice, stable base. "
