Summary: Learn how to untangle Christmas tree lights in this free holiday video.
"Hello my name is Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to hang Christmas tree lights. One of the last things you want to make sure you do before you start hanging Christmas tree lights on your tree is insuring that your lights are untangled. One of the less fun of Christmas lights is the untangling. They have a habit of getting bunched up and stuck in all sorts of knots. It is like they do that every single year between the holidays. So take a sec and untangle your lights first. It is really not that difficult you have to slowly work the knots out and you do not pull. Do not you know do not push, be very gentle. It is very easy to grab one of these lights and what would happen you would wonder why your Christmas tree lights suddenly do not work. Be gentle, be patient, gently unwind the strands. Usually after a while it would become more obvious you would get a knack for it. Then keep your strands out in a nice, in nice line so they do not bunch back up again. The other thing is if you can keep the original boxes that your Christmas tree lights come in that is great. Basically try to very gently wrap up and as oppose as just throwing in here in a heat. No, no take your time very organizationally wind your Christmas tree lights. Maybe even have a big clipper to help them keep there shape in the box through out the year it would save your a lot of time. It would make your lights last a lot long as well prevent warping of the wires. "
