"Hi I'm Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to turn an ordinary human face into a cat face for Halloween. Now that I have the base on and my white on I am ready to outline my eyes and make them really stand out and become cat eyes. One thing you don't ever want to do is use mascara because cats don't have eyelashes that stand out. I like to use either an eyebrow pencil or an eye lining pencil. You can use black or brown depending on how dramatic effect you want to have. I am looking at my little kitty and I see that the edge of the eye comes down by the nose and goes all the way around the eye. I am going to use my brown pencil because I am a tabby cat and I don't want it to be to big of a contrast. So I am going to start down here and I am going to come up past my eyebrow, go right on into my eyebrow just a little at the base and come on around and then come down here. And this still comes down I am looking at my little cat and it still curves down here. Sometimes you may have to wipe off your pencil because it is in the white make-up and then outline it here and bring it on around to meet your line here. At this point you can decide if you want to bring it down and have that kind of a cat look or if you are going to bring it up. That would give you more of a Siamese cat look if you brought it up. So you have to decide which kind of a cat look you are going to have. You can also bring your outline closer to your eye put it right above own eye and it will make the cat eye look a little different as well. It just depends on how big and how wide of an eye you want. And that is how you outline your eyes. "
