"Hi, I'm Ginny with Simply Beautiful Crafts on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to turn an ordinary human face into a cat face for Halloween. Choosing the kind of make-up you are going to use to do face painting is very important. And it depends a lot on how much experience you have had, how much time you want to spend doing it, whether you are doing it for yourself or if you are painting someone else's face. If you are painting young children you need to also take that into consideration. They have a harder time sitting still and they will react to cold make-up. You can choose to make make-up yourself. Which we will show you how to do in just a little bit. This make-up is a little bit cold and it takes a little bit of time to dry. But it is also very forgiving. You can use your own make-up if you have enough of a variety of colors to do what you want to do. This is usually what I do, just find my own make-up. You can use the Halloween kits that come in the store. They are a little bit expensive and it doesn't go very far. Or you can go to a theatrical company or a theatrical store and purchase professional make-up if you choose to do a job especially if you are doing it for yourself or a costume party or perhaps a performance of some kind. Then professional make-up is the best to use. This is rather expensive and again it take some experience in order to do it correctly. So if you are painting faces for yourself or for children and it's just for Halloween for a party or a costume I would recommend either some make-up that you make yourself or using your own make-up. So, that's what you need in order to get started. Choose your make-up and let's go."
