"Hey guys! My name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip, I'm going to show you precooking tips that I can give you on making these little bloody fingers. Tip number one is going to be to preheat your oven. Preheat our oven to about 300 degrees. I'll say about 325 degrees. Preheating the oven that way whenever you stick the food in your oven it's nice and hot in that 300 degrees. Just because you instantly put that on 300 or 400 degrees, doesn't mean it's going to instantly turn 400 degrees. It takes time to build the heat and preheat. That's why they call it preheating. You need to do that in all cooking. Also, we're going to come over here and get our baking sheet. I'll just lightly coat that with cooking spray. That's going to be so whenever you stick the little bloody fingers on there, they're nice and prepared and it's non-stick. Nothing sticks to it when it cooks. Whenever we cook in the oven, we're just going to lightly heat this up and it's going to be delicious. On the next clip, I'm going to show you the ingredients for these little things I call bloody fingers. "
