    Video Transcript

"Hey guys! My name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. In the holiday season, we're going to be doing a Halloween theme video. I'm going to teach you how to make food for maybe a Halloween party. It's going to be stuff that looks kind of gross but tastes good. First things first. We're going to make bloody fingers. I’m going to show you the tools that you need to make this. First and foremost, you need a chef's knife. Nice and strong knife. The next tool you're going to need is a red dye, a red food coloring. It's real cheap to get at the store. Just a little bit really turns food red. You also need a baking sheet. I lined the baking sheet with foil. That way you can just throw the foil away and there's no mess. Also, you're going to need a little bit of Pam or cooking spray. That way you can spray down the baking sheet. Nothing sticks and it's nice and beautiful when you're done cooking. Also, toothpicks. Toothpicks are going to be skewer the tortilla around the little sausage wieners that we're going to be using. Basically that's it for the tools on making these bloody fingers. We're going to move on to the next clips and I’m going to show you how to assemble them. Thanks."
