"If you really want to spice things up you don't need to leave your chocolate just the way it is. You can add a little liquor to it. Any liquor that will compliment the flavor of the chocolate and what I'm going to add here is a little raspberry liquor, which will go very nicely with the berries. So all I do is I just pour it in and then I just stir it up and you don't have to use dark chocolate. We chose dark chocolate because it has good antioxidant properties, but you could use white chocolate or milk chocolate any kind of chocolate you prefer. You know they did a study recently that said if you drink a little bit of alcohol, maybe one regular beer, one ounce of liquor or one half glass of wine, even if you don't exercise, you have less of a chance of having heart disease than somebody who does no exercise and drinks no alcohol. So you can see that adding that little raspberry liquor to your chocolate Fondue is an aging backwards tip."
