"We just completed the box bottom and now we're going to start on the box top. Again, you're having your 12x12 piece of designer series paper and we're going to cut it down. I take off my scoring blade so I can use the full length of the cutter. This time, I'm going to cut my cardstock to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2. The cool thing about this box is you can make it any size you want. You just want to make sure that your box bottom and your box top are always a half an inch difference in diameter, the top being larger. You can alter this to be smaller than the one I'm making. We've gone ahead and we've cut our box top now to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2. I'm switching back now to my scoring blade and I'm going to score this time at 5 3/4, turn my paper at 90 degrees, and score again at 5 3/4. The thing to be careful here, I don't know if you can tell, but I'm scoring a little bit lighter. When you're using designer series paper, it's a little thinner than your cardstock, so you want to score a little bit lighter so you do not cut through your paper. Now we're getting ready to go on to the next folding."
