Valentine's day is the holiday that takes place every February 14th during which traditionally, lovers express their lover for each other. Often Valentine's Day cards, candy or flowers are sent, and red and pink hearts are used to decorate. Originally named for Christian martyrs named Valentine, the day became more about romantic love in the Middle ages when courtly love flourished. "Hello again! The first project we're going to make today is this cut Valentine 3D pouch. It's really cute. You can do it with your children. When it's done it stand on its own. You can place hard candies. You can place chocolates. You can put theater tickets in there and you can use it right at the table to mark everyone's place where they'll be sitting for your Valentine's day dinner. Let's get started. The first thing we're going to do is a take a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper, and we're going to make an 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch square. Once that's done, you're going to go ahead and score this piece in half diagonally. I can do that by hand using my scorer, or I can use my cutting scoring machine here. Now that I have all that done, I'm going to go ahead and fold this paper in half, matching my corners. Again, I can use my fingers or I can use my scoring tool to make a nice tight score. Then we're going to move onto the next step, where we're going to fold the pouch. You're going to mark it at 3 1/2 inches. You're going to fold one corner up to 3 1/2 inches and fold again, using for scoring tool. Take the other end, score it up to other 3 1/2 mark, and just go ahead and press it down and score. Fold your top edge down, and that is step one."
