"In this segment, I'm gonna demonstrate how to make a shell border using our star tip number twenty one, and our bag loaded with the icing. We're gonna start, now that our house is set up. I will demonstrate, holding the bag at a forty-five degree angle. You touch the tip and fan out, and pull it down. Exert pressure on the bag, and then pull it down. You're building up your icing, lifting up a little and then dropping it down. We're gonna take that shell border over to our house and cover up all the seams. It's handy to have a rag in your other hand so that you can wipe the tip off from time to time, and keep it clean. So starting at the top, we're gonna start just squeezing and releasing. Ease off, and you'll have to change your angle as you come down. We're gonna do this on all four sides. It gets a little tricky keeping your bag at a forty-five degree angle when you're working vertically, but I guarantee you, that will be covered with candy as well. Squeeze that icing out. Just enough to finish the last side here. Almost, okay that concludes our shell border."
