"In this clip, I'm going to talk about some of the supplies you'll need to create your graham cracker gingerbread house. To start, you're going to need a base. Here, I'm just using the cake boards that you can get at any party store or cake decorating store. Also, you'll need a mixer to make your royal icing that we'll be making as the glue to glue our houses together. It doesn't have to be a heavy duty mixer. A hand held mixer will work just fine. We need graham crackers. 14 graham crackers will make one house. We'll need pastry bags. I have here a reusable pastry bag, and I also have disposable as well. The tips we're going to use is the extra large star tip, which is a 2D, and the small star tip, which is a 16, and the large star, 21. Then we have a plain tip number 3 and a leaf tip, number 352. You can buy these tips individually at cake decorating stores or the craft stores sell beginner sets that you can get packaged together. They're essential for adding detail to your houses. You'll need a sharp knife for cutting the graham crackers and of course, you'll need a variety of candies to your choice."
