"Hi! I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village, and today I'm showing you how to pack your decorations away for safe keeping for next Christmas. As you can see, I obviously have a thing for nutcrackers. I have tons of them. I collect them every single year. My friends give me some. I know what I'm getting every year from a particular friend. Then after every Christmas, I go to the after Christmas sales and pick some up for myself. Throughout the years, I have collected many, many nutcrackers. I have to say that one of my pet peeves about nutcrackers is that they really don't hold up as well as I would like them to. Often times I end up losing a foot or a hat comes apart. They do require some maintenance, some up keep, and occasionally some emergency surgery. I do try to pack these up as well as possible, as best as I possibly can. I keep a lot of the boxes because again, these are things that are kind of hard to put into boxes. Definitely being as delicate as they are, they will bump against each other and they will lose pieces. I don't want that to happen because I love my nutcrackers. I try to pack them in the original boxes. If you come back at the next clip, I will show you how to put them all together and how I pack them up into a nice neat little plastic box. Actually, a big plastic box. Stick around."
