"Hi! I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village, and today I'm showing you how to pack up your Christmas decorations for safe keeping until next year. I went ahead and I grouped as I told you before in the last clip, my sort of icy, lighter white, and pastels. Those are over there. Now, I've moved on to some of my red ornaments. Again, I like to pack my things away in groups so that the following year if I decide at some point during the year before my Christmas decorations are all in front of me. If I decide that I want to go for a certain theme fore any particular area of my house, I can go ahead and just go through the boxes and everything is already grouped for me. I really like packing things away that way. It saves time later on when you're really busy out shopping for Christmas presents. These little guys are very cute. I've had these for years. They are kind of delicate. They're not extremely delicate, so I'm going to go ahead and take some tissue paper and put them together. Just wrap them up like that. It'll protect them, but they don't need a lot of cushion. This another great trick. If you have little stuffed animals like this or this one that you want to pack away, you can go ahead and pack them right inside your box. Again, that's just a natural cushion for your more delicate ornaments. Start by putting filling the bottom of the box with your softer and more cushion ornaments, and then pack away your more delicate ones. I'm going to go ahead and finish packing up this box. When I come back, I'm going to show you a trick for keeping your Christmas lights in order. Stick around. I'll see you at the next clip."
