"I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and today I'm showing you how to make a Christmas tree ornament out of fabric. Now we are going to make a very easy little ornament that is not going to require any sewing. You are going to go ahead and pick out a fabric that you like. I have chose this fabric. It has a nativity theme and it has a variety of different little images that is very cute to make ornaments out of. So I chose for my next ornament this one of the 3 kings and I'm going to go ahead and cut it with pinking shears. Before I do that, I'm going to want to minimize the raveling. Sometimes you can do that by attaching the fusing. If you go all the way to the edge, it would it hold it more in place. It is kind of like a glue but otherwise you are also going to want to pink it around so that it does not unravel. We are going to attach it to the back of some felt. So this is also a nice look. So I'm going to go ahead and just pink the edge and I'm going to go around the shape here. It does stick out a little bit it is not a perfect square. This image. So I'm just going to follow the curves like that and now I'm going to do the bottom. This is a great project for kids to help you with you just want to make sure that they are careful if they are using scissors or the hot glue gun. You just want to be sure that they have some supervision but it is a easy enough project that the whole family can get involved. So now we have that and next we are going to attach the fusible webbing which again is going to give it strength its backbone if you will. So join me in the next clip and I would show you how. "
