"I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and today I'm showing you how to make a Christmas tree ornaments out of fabric. So now we are doing our little stuff squares and I went ahead and set up my sewing machine. I'm going to do a zig zag stitch, I'm doing 2 1/2 x 3 millimeters. I want to keep it nice and small and close to the edge so it does not cover up any of the design. So I'm just going to go ahead and feed it through. So I'm just going to go ahead and do my zig zag stitch. You never force your fabric through, I always start off slow and once I see that my machine is okay, I go ahead and speed it up. Again, stay close to the edge so it does not go on to any of the image. When you get to the end you are just going to stop, pull your wheel towards you, pick up the foot, put it down to turn it around and then just start sewing again. Just guiding the fabric gently again the machine does its job. Stop, pick it up, and start again. Now you are not going to want to sew all the way to the end cause you are going to have to leave some room for stuffing. So just stop about half way from the very end then we are going to turn this inside out and we are going to stuff it and we are going to stitch it close. I would show you how on the next clip."
