Mixing Pasta Types for Pasta Christmas Garland

"KATALIN TOTH: Hi. I'm Katalin, the creator of Creative English in Hungary, and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Now, I'm going to show you a few Christmas garlands from dried pasta. Now, for the next one, I'm going to mix the two different kinds of pasta. In this one, I will mix the two different types of pasta. Okay. Again, I start with one of them, and I tie it together because I don't want to lose all my work. Okay. And I tie it together just in case. Good. Now--and then I can make a pattern just by mixing the two pasta or I can think of another kind of pattern. So this time, I'm going to put the straight ones on first, like that. Okay. And a bit more. Again, you can involve your children in this activity because it can be visualized quite easily. So when they make something, then you can see the result quite soon.
