"Hi, I’m Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I’m going to show you how to roast a Christmas Goose. After you’ve carved up your goose you’re going to want to put it on a nice serving platter. If you’re having a big family gathering for Christmas and this is your main centerpiece you want to make sure to show it off to its fullest so you can see this platter in particular has nice plants. It has leaves and berries around the edge and it’s just, it’s a really nice simple way of showing off your hard work earned roasted goose. For the gravy, you’ll want to put it into a gravy boat to have by the side. Make sure that you have them both together so that people can put as much gravy on their delicious roasted goose as they’d like. Other ways of serving it, of course you can bring out the entire bird onto the table and carve it there, although by having it already carved and served then you are saving time, people can start eating a lot faster which if they are anything like my family is the whole point of Christmas dinner. So you’ll want to have everything ready to serve with your gravy in a gravy boat on the side in order to fully enjoy your roasted Christmas Goose. "
