"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make fun delicious gingerbread men. Now that we have some of our gingerbread dough rolled out it is time to start cutting up our gingerbread people. So we're going to place one of our cutters over towards the edge, we want to try and get as many cuttings as possible from each rolling so that we're not over working the dough. So if you're lucky, nope I wasn't, you can sometimes get the cutter to pull up your gingerbread person. Other times you're going to have to take them away yourself. You want to pull off these bits of dough, save everything for a second rolling and let's try and pick up this guy. If you're having problems removing him from the cookie sheet, you can also use a spatula. Another hint if you're having too many problems picking him up, chances are you could of rolled a little bit too thinly. The only problem with using a nice heavy rolling pin is that it tends to flatten the dough out a little bit too much at times. Just flip him over, it got a little bit smushed in the transport but the next one we'll be doing better. We're going to cut the next one and see how he's doing. This one the dough came away a little bit more easily and let's slide him onto the spatula. Also, if you're doing a couple of workings of dough, chances are the second time around it's going to be a little bit easier. Now see he came out much nicer. And here's our last gingerbread man. After the first couple they usually become much easier when you're cutting them out."
