"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make these peppermenty candy cane cookies. Let's see how our cookies are doing. I've already put another setting on top. Now these have gotten a little bit brown on the bottom, but I still need another minute. Make sure that you take into account that the second sheet when you're doing more than one set at a time. We're just going to leave that in for a moment and then we'll check back. Let's see if the cookies are done this time. And it looks like they are. Now because these are a softer cookie, we're going to let them rest for just a moment. When we take them out of the oven, put them on a cooling rack so they will have a second to firm up before we try and move them at all. We're just going to let them sit here and then we'll come back to them in just a moment when they've cooled off a little bit and they can be more easily moved without worrying about breaking them. Because we don't want broken cookies unless you're eating them all for yourself."
