"Hello, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make cranberry sauce. So now we're going to pour the cranberry sauce into our containers. Now once again you want to use clear containers, or at least translucent ones because the cranberry sauce looks very pretty and you want to be able to show that off to the best advantage. An important thing to remember when you're making cranberry sauce is to make sure you have enough time from when you're making it to when you're going to be serving it. Cranberry sauce needs to chilled for at least overnight in order to have a gelled consistency rather than still being in this you know, saucy consistency where it's going to you know, flow everywhere. While you're not necessarily doing a gelled cranberry sauce, where everything's been strained out of it, even a whole berry cranberry sauce you want to be a lot firmer, so it will sit on peoples' plates, rather than sliding into everything else on the plate. Now that your cranberry sauce has been chilled overnight, you can see it's gotten a lot more solid of a consistency and it's ready to be served on your table with your meal. "
