"Hello, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make cranberry sauce. Now that the cranberry sauce has finished being cooked, we're ready to put it into different containers so that it can cool and gel and then be ready to be served. Now is when we're going to use our silicon spatula. Make sure that we get every last bit of cranberry out. So we're finished with the wooden spoon. And we're going to scrape down the sides of the pot and then pour the cranberry sauce into something that's a little bit easier to maneuver than the pot. You don't want to try and pour the cranberry sauce directly from the pot into a small dish, otherwise chances are you're going to have cranberry sauce all over the counter instead. So we're just going to use the spatula to scrape everything into the glass measuring cup, because its got a nice easy to use pour spout. And then we're going have a variety of different dishes, depending on what you want to serve the cranberry sauce in. You might want to have individual serving bowls, if you have a few guests. Or you might want to have, put it in a spare gravy boat if it's going to be passed around the table. So it's really up to you how you want to save the sauce. "
