"Hello! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make Cranberry Sauce. What we are going to do now is add our traditional ingredients if you wish to the Cranberry Sauce. Right here I have some crystallized Ginger that I am going to chop up because you really don't want huge pieces in three although they are quite tasty. So I am just going to chop it up into smaller pieces and you probably want to chop it up a little more than that. All together I've added about 4 to 5 pieces that I am going to add to the Cranberry Sauce. Let's take the lid off, be careful not to burn yourself. We are going to put all of that into the Cranberry Sauce. We will stir a little bit. Remember you do need to stir quite a bit while the cranberries are cooking to make sure that there isn't any super hot spots and make sure that all the sugar and water is getting mixed in. Next we are going to add cinnamon and we are going to add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the Cranberry Sauce. Just go right into the container right there and just sprinkle on top. There are other seasonings that you can add as well. I've added cloves, all spice. Pretty much anything that you would be using to bake spicy baked goods you can add to the Cranberry Sauce. "
