"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make Cranberry Sauce. Although we will be making a very basic type of Cranberry Sauce there are numerous different types of Cranberry Sauce that you can make. The one that we are going to make is a less solid whole berry Cranberry Sauce. You can see that there are whole berries in there and it gives a more natural flavor to the Cranberry Sauce because it is just cranberries and sugar. You can also have what is jellied cranberry sauce which you don't have to necessarily make in the shape of a can but usually that is how people see it. Amongst non-cooked types of cranberry sauce, you can do cranberry relishes just by chopping up cranberries in a food processor along with other flavoring such as chopped nuts or you can use citrus and have cranberry citrus. Even within the cooked Cranberry Sauce, you can do different things to it by adding citrus peels, adding different types of seasonings. Cranberry Sauce can go with a bunch of types of food other than turkey so feel free to play around with the recipe so that it goes best with what you want to serve it with. "
