"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious pecan pie. Now that ours is ready to be baked first we have to prepare the oven. What I'm going to do is put a layer of foil down on the oven shelf. So that if the pie over flows then it's not going to mess up the bottom of the oven floor. You're just going to open up the oven and then pull out the shelf that we are going to stick the pie on. Get some aluminum foil and put it out you can also you a cookie sheet but for something which isn't most likely going to over flow the foil is just fine. You can see the pie has all of the nuts on top and nice circles that is going to look really pretty once it's cut. I'm putting the pie gently into the oven, remember it's still very, very liquidly and then I'm going to close the oven and set the timer for one hour and fifteen minutes. At that point the pie will be ready to cool."
