How to Make Crust Filling for Pecan Pie Recipe

"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious pecan pie. Now that we mixed in all of our pie fillings together it's time to get it into the pie crust. The pie crust that we already put in to the pan you can also do a decorative border. For this one I just pressed a fork together, but there are other things you can do including folding the pie crust edges over so that you have a nice border. You can use a pastry cutter as well, anything to just give it a little bit more of an interesting look rather than just a smooth flat pie crust. So now we want to pour this all in there, you want to make sure that the nuts stay mixed in while you're pouring in so that you don't end up with clumps of nuts. So get all that out of there and you can see that it creates a nice and smooth, you can see it liquidity at this point the eggs are going to help to form everything up. But until then you want to be careful when moving it so that it doesn't spill. "
