"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious pecan pie. Now that we have our pie crust all rolled out and ready to go we need to get it in to the pie tin. There are a couple of different ways that you can do this because I've used the wax paper I'm going to show you how to do it this way, which I find also quite much easier than some of the other ways. You can take off the top layer of the pie crust and then you want to take your rolling pin and get it underneath the pie crust. You want to do this so that you can basically roll the pie crust into the tin, but you can see it doesn't always go all that smoothly. Another way you can do it is by turning it upside down in the pie pan. Once it's in the tin you are going to take off the second layer of wax paper and you are going to start fitting it into the tin. Once the pie crust is in the tin you are going to want to trim the edges, you can just use a regular knife and go along the edge, trimming the edges off."
