"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about making our angel winged cookies. At this point, we have had our vanilla, shortening, and powdered sugar mixed. We're going to go ahead and turn this on and add 2 tablespoons of milk. Set this on a low setting. That's 1 and that's 2. I made a little mess here, but that's okay. We're going to turn this up slowly. It'll start to mix itself together. Go ahead and turn it up a little more. Now, we're going to go ahead and take our wooden spoon again and scrape this all off the side. We're going to mix it for about 30 more seconds, and then come back for our next step. "
