"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about making our angel winged cookies. At this point, we're going to go ahead pour in 2 cups of our powdered sugar. We're going to measure a cup. Go ahead and turn it on low and pour this in. Go ahead and turn this up. As this is mixing, we'll go ahead and measure one more cup. Then pour this in. As we're going to see, it's going to start to crumble. Turn it up one more step. Now we're going to turn it off, scrape the sides, turn it back on for about 30 seconds, and then we're going to come back. "
