"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about making our angel winged cookies. At this point, we want to go ahead and get our pan together. I'm going to go ahead and spray it with some non-stick spray. Then we're going to lift up our angel cookie slowly. It shouldn't stick too much because of the flour. After it's loose, you can just lift it up and just lay this on here. Do the same for the other cookies. Right now, we're going to go ahead and just make 3 of them. We're going to go ahead and throw these in the oven at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until you see that they've become brown around the edges. At this point, our cookies have cooked. As we can see, they're starting to turn brown around the edges. We could have pulled these out probably a minute quicker, but that's just fine. We're going to cover these up anyway. Go ahead and pull these off. I'm going to put them on a wire cooling rack. I'm going to let these cool for about 30 minutes or until they're hard. We don't want to mess with them when they're too soft because we put the icing on there. They'll rip, so go ahead and get prepared. We're going to make our icing next. "
