"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about making our angel winged cookies. At this point, we have our dough that's been refrigerated. We have flour here. We'll sprinkle flour and put it on our surface. Spread that around. We're going to take our dough. Take a handful. I'm going to put this down. It's similar to working with pasta or any type of bread. All this really is a sweet bread. Put this down and then we're going to roll it out. We want this to be about a 1/4 inch to 1/2 an inch thick. If you don't get a really big piece that's fine, because the pieces we're making aren't that big. You can always take the excess and roll it out again. There you go."
