"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village and today we'll be talking about making our angel winged cookies. Now we have our eggs, vanilla, sugar, and butter mixed. Over here we have our flour, baking powder, and our salt. We're going to go ahead add this to the wet mixture slowly. Turn this on low. Probably on setting of number 2. Slowly add this about a cup at a time. If you watched there, I actually dropped it in there a little bit too fast. We had a nice little poof of flour. We really don't want that. Add your ingredients slowly. Add the last bit. Make sure you get everything in there. Speed it up a little bit. At this point, you want to make sure that everything is mixed in there. You see we have some pieces at the bottom that haven't been touched. We're just going to knock this out, turn it back for like 30 more seconds, and that should be our dough mixture. After that, we're going to go ahead and refrigerate it for at least one hour. If not, over night."
