"The other things you need, just in terms of equipment are; a nice measuring cup (a Pyrex nice large measuring cup). You can also use small measuring cups like this obviously. Measuring spoons. I've got a cookie sheet that I've covered in foil. This is just because you can speed the drying of your sugar skulls up by putting them in the oven at very low temperature. You don't have to do that but I like to do that to get them cranked out really quickly. Especially if I'm doing a lot at a time. Mixing bowl. Mixing spoon. So, the basic procedure here is, we're going to combine our ingredients in the correct proportions. In the mixing bowl with the mixing spoon. Then we'll mold the sugar skulls out, using the mold. And then I also have playing cards here. Now I just like to use playing cards because I have old playing cards around the house, but you can also use index cards or little pieces of cardboard. You need something to invert the sugar skull onto after you've molded it. Kind of like making a little sand castle. That's what I use the cards for. So, we have our equipment. We have our ingredients. So, we can get started."
