"AMANDA CLAIRE: So, we got the sugar skulls out of the oven. We've got the royal icing made up. I like to put them into just sandwich bags or zip-lock bags like this. You can go to the baking supply store and get actual plastic decorating bags, but you don't have to use those. You can just use whatever bags you have around the house. And so, all I'm doing is just kind of just opening up a bag. I'm sort of getting a nice big kind of gloppy spoonful kind of royal Icing. You want to have different bag for each color you want to use and I'm just kind of slopping it in there. I'm trying to--I didn't too well that time, but I like to kind of have it kind of down close to one of the corners because you're going to be piping. You're going to be using one of the corners, cut a little hole in it, and squeeze frosting out of that corner. So, okay, so that's two. I'm going to kind of just get some for the third one. I only made enough icing for about three, maybe four colors. I'll just mix up three colors just to kind of show you how to do this, and there we go, just kind of slop that in there, okay. And then, you can kind of use your fingers to kind of work it down towards one of the corners because that's, again, where you're going to be squeezing it out. Okay. So, now we've got three bags filled with white icing, and we would like colored icing, so let's color the icing."
