"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to carve a turkey. We're going to do the same thing on this side. Take our leg, stand it up, find that joint, twist our knife, slice all of the skin off. Perfect. Then we're going to take our knife again and run it along the shape of the bone. And peel back, and for some reason this side of the turkey isn't cooperating nearly as well as the other side did but what are you going to do. So we're just using the backside of our blade once again to scrape all of the meat off of the bone here. And obviously you could pay someone to do this but you would lose all of the fun, lose all of the fun of getting to play with it. And you also lose the ability to learn how to do it better. And with that you can impress people and make friends. Alright so I'm going to grab all of this and put it back on my plate. So now I've got this huge plate full of turkey meat which is always a beautiful thing. Alright, that's all of the dark meat so I'm going to get a separate plate to put all of the white meat on. "
