"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to carve a turkey. With today's turkey carving, there are going to be a few things you will need to have on hand. One, some nice quality aluminum foil, two, a fully cooked turkey. That is probably the most important part of the entire thing; three, a couple of different knifes. I like to use a nice sharp fine point boning knife or utility knife to kind of get inside the joints and you are also going to want to use something like a slicer. This has a scalloped edge. It actually keeps the meat from sticking to the edge which is very very helpful. Also a kitchen fork if you have one. These things are great for like holding on to the turkey while you are actually cutting it. This turkey has been done for about 30 minutes now so it shouldn't be so hot that I can't cut it but it should be hot enough where there should be times when I want to use this and also it is a sanitary issue and lastly a very very big cutting board with a lot of room. You also want to have something to put the turkey in; a container or serving tray depending on how you are serving it. With a little more fanfare, let's go ahead and get started carving this turkey.
