Kneading Sugar Cookie Dough

"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. So we are still adding the flour in something else to make it a little bit easier is make a little hole in the middle when you add the flour. But don't go all the way to the bottom otherwise you'll get flour sticking to the bottom. So as you get further along you can add more flour each time and it is looking more and more like cookie dough. Which is good it's the way it's suppose to be. If it's starting to look like something else I'd be concerned and I might be really close to outgrowing this bowl. I might have to do the rest of this by hand on the cutting board which I'm totally fine with. "
