"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make sugar cookies. So we got everything all mixed together, we have one nice even color here in our bowl. So what we are going to do now is we're going to add the flour in and when you add the flour in you're going to do it in fairly small batches. If you add it in all at once you're just going to make a mess. When stirring flour you just want to be very very careful and be very slow about it and take your time. Something else to note is that we may not end up using all the flour that we have, so we'll just add the flour in bits until it reaches the right consistency. That is another reason why you add the flour in parts not in all at once, so now that we got that part in there. Once you add the flour in there you can really, you can go after it and once you add the flour about four to six parts usually to really make sure you don't make a giant mess. Unless you have a giant mixer if you're doing this by hand like I'm doing this is the best way to do it. "
